To register for the Institutional Client Portal, you will need to complete an On-boarding Form – available directly from Royal London.
In order to set up your user account, please ensure the following items are in place on your investment account
- Account Registered Address held correctly and is up-to-date
- Coverall Renunciation i.e. Nominated Bank account details
- A Distribution Mandate i.e. a Nominated Bank account in which you wish to receive income payments
- A Organisational Email Domain as well as alternative acceptable email domain
